Job Description
We are looking for a responsible HR & Admin Coordinator to perform recruitment, on‑boarding, training, performance management, and support the RCOE team in daily administrative needs and activities.
Recruitment
- Conduct job fairs and partner with reputable institutions and/or universities to ensure sourcing of sustainable candidate;
- Conduct assessments, interviews, background check and verification of records of the applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions based on interview and assessment results.
- Conduct onboarding activities with successful hires, ensuring completeness of induction and orientation program, signed by the new employee and respective facilitators
