Responsibilities
- Preparing onboarding and resignation documents and following up the process.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Supporting the monthly payroll and calculating AFP, tax, registration of employee information online, such as SUNAT.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in HR, more than 2 years in payroll.
- Familiar with payroll structure and local tax calculation and social contributions.
- Advanced English used as work language.
- Strong communication ability, timely feedback and follow-ups to work.
- Major in Human Resources, Accounting, Administration or related areas.
