Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the training needs assessment (TNA) together with technical areas and responsible leaders.
- Act as the focal point for technical, behavioral and onboarding training programs in accordance with the Corporate University guidelines.
- Support HR Business Partners (BPs) in developing content, instructional materials and learning paths.
- Deliver corporate, behavioral and onboarding training sessions.
- Administer and monitor reaction, learning and effectiveness evaluations for training programs.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
- Ensure proper recording and tracking of training activities and related evaluations.
- Monitor Training & Development (T&D) indicators.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies.
