HR Analyst: Compliance, Payroll & People Lifecycle

AFRY is seeking an HR Analyst to support HR operations in Peru and other Latin American countries. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor regulations and accurate administration of employee lifecycle processes.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 3–6 years of HR experience, along with strong knowledge of labor administration and payroll processes. Advanced Excel skills and English proficiency are also required.
