Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a highly commercial and fast-paced business based in Trowbridge, to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis.

HR and ER Advisor

Salary to £40,000 + Good Benefits (incl. discretionary bonus)

You’ll join a talented HR team within an organisation undergoing significant change, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of employment relations matters — including performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability cases. You’ll progress (sometimes complex) casework through to successful outcome, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policy and best practice.
