HR Advisor Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our growing HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this is a newly created role in our company that offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across the business.

As our new HR Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our mission - Empowering Care, Working Together, Learning and Leading - and play a pivotal role in strengthening our culture, maintaining safeguarding standards, and operational is a part-time position, and we are happy to be flexible and work with you depending on the hours you are seeking. Our core hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday

As HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing professional HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the HR Officers, helping to drive best practice, support managers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
