As an HR Advisor supporting the Latin America HR Hub in Guanajuato, Mexico, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to‑day HR operations. Your work will focus on managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and responding to employee inquiries. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and local management to deliver efficient and compliant HR services while ensuring adherence to Mexican labor regulations. Through your expertise and attention to detail, you will help maintain a positive employee experience and operational excellence across the organization.
