Job Description
The position as HR Advisor Europe is based in Zwijndrecht (NL). The HR Advisor has a key role in supporting, motivating and accelerating our company strategy ensuring profitable growth through focus, alignment and agility. The advisor is the first point of contact for the management and employees in our production- and harvesting facilities in Europa and for our European and APAC sales team. For the European colleagues working remote, he/she is the first point of contact on every HR-topic, from recruitment, to car-lease, remuneration, benefits, etc.
The HR Advisor pro-actively participates in identifying and developing initiatives to increase employee engagement. Streamlining and aligning processes such as performance management, reimbursement policies, discussing and/or advising on training and development programs and onboarding are important functions of this position.
