HR Advisor

Job Description

The Human Resources Advisor supports leadership, employees and volunteers across the company’s three operational sites, working in a trusted capacity and navigating the employment lifecycle. This role contributes to HR initiatives, programs, and continuous improvement efforts that support both operational effectiveness and the employee experience. The Advisor reports to the Human Resources Manager and works closely with all Resort departments.

Job Responsibilities

• The primary function of this role is acting as a supportive, confidential, and reliable advisor to organizational leaders, and being able to provide concise and compliant advice and guidance aligned with HR best practices. In addition, the HR Advisor must be able to carry out all day‑to‑day functions of the Human Resources Department and is expected to provide support, when necessary, throughout Resort operations.
