About the Role

This is a Perth-based, full-time role Monday through Friday on a 12-months’ contract. Hybrid working arrangement is available once you’ve settled into the day-to-day tasks.

The HR Administrator will be providing a full range of HR administrative support activities to global offices. You’ll join an experienced and high-performing Workforce Administration Team to support the broader HR function and the business as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including contract drafting, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
  • Execute complex compensation changes while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Resolve a high volume of employee inquiries via centralized case management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual processing.
