We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our team in Gerrards Cross. Working closely with and reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting recruitment processes, including onboarding checks

* Monitoring and recording employee absence

* Assisting with employee relations administration

* Tracking and monitoring employee training

* Supporting staffing analysis and reporting
