Join our Human Resources team as a dedicated Administrative Assistant. This on-site role demands exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple HR tasks effectively.

You will report to the Senior Advisor and act as a key support to the HR department. Responsibilities will include maintaining HRIS, assisting with employee sign-on processes, and managing employee benefits effectively. Successful candidates will have sharp communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions
• Keep HR Information Systems up to date
• Liaise with insurance providers regarding benefits
