Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk and handle general receptionist duties
  • Provide administrative support for Finance and HR functions
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and perform 3‑way matching (Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order)
  • Perform Accounts Payable data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare sales quotations and manage email correspondence with clients
  • Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records in the system
  • Assist with Work Permit and S‑Pass applications and coordinate interview arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate staff training sessions
