Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Manage foreign worker administration including permits, renewals, passport matters, and FOMEMA.
  • Coordinate foreign worker onboarding including ID, bank account setup etc.
  • Support foreign worker welfare and general administrative requirements.
  • Manage employee disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct investigations on misconduct cases.
  • Prepare warning letters and disciplinary action documents.
  • Ensure fair and consistent handling of employee relations cases.
  • Handle visitor arrangements and coordinate meeting room usage.
  • Maintain pantry cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations and RBA standards.
