Job Summary The HR Recruiter cum Admin is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth HR and office operations. Key Responsibilities · Assist end-to-end recruitment process. · Source, screen, and schedule candidates. · Coordinate interviews and issue offer letters. · Handle employee onboarding and documentation. · Maintain employee records, attendance · Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities. · Manage office administration, housekeeping, and vendor coordination. · Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality.
