- Coordinate employee onboarding, including the preparation, tracking, and issuance of company assets, onboarding kits, and corporate items.
- Assist with basic IT setup, including laptop deployment and user account creation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, databases, and administrative documentation with accuracy.
- Prepare employment-related letters and provide general administrative support.
- Support internal communications, employee engagement activities, and company events.
- Coordinate office seating arrangements and ensure workspaces are ready for new employees.
- Manage office supplies, printers, and workplace facilities, while liaising with external vendors for maintenance and office services.
