Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HRAS Department and other teams
  • Handle building administration, sanitation concerns, and CoDEC-related matters
  • Issue NTE/NOD and assist with employee clearance processing
  • Support DOLE/NLRC compliance requirements
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist in employee relations
  • Maintain and organize HRAS office files and records
  • Perform other administrative duties to support daily HRAS operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
