Apply now Our client is seeking a compassionate and proactive Housing Support Worker to help people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This role offers the chance to make a real difference by providing empathetic support, practical advice, and person-centred guidance to individuals moving from crisis towards stability. As a Housing Support Worker, you wil be providing direct support to those that are homeless or at the threat of homelessness.
The role:

Provide non-judgemental, empathetic support via phone, email and face-to-face contact.

Carry out client assessments, identifying needs, risks and opportunities.

Support clients with housing benefit, welfare and other entitlements.

Develop and deliver person-centred support plans.
