Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing Association in the West Midlands for an experienced Housing Officer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities Of A Housing Officer:
Managing a designated portfolio of tenancies and delivering a high-quality housing management service.
Investigating and managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases from initial report through to resolution, ensuring accurate case management and timely action.
Working closely with residents, local authorities, the police, and other partner agencies to tackle ASB and improve community safety....
