Housing Officer (Home Ownership)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Housing Officer to provide a high-quality housing management service to leaseholders and shared owners.

You will act as a key point of contact for home ownership customers, ensuring services are delivered in line with lease obligations and that customers are actively involved in shaping service delivery. You will work across teams to resolve issues, improve service outcomes and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for leaseholders and shared owners, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard and in line with lease agreements
• Deliver an effective housing management service, including estate inspections
