Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collecting fly-tipping from communal land across both service areas.
- Maintaining communal blocks, including tidying bin stores and ensuring paths and hard standings are clear of moss and debris.
- Performing Grounds Maintenance duties as required, such as operating hedge cutters and strimmers ect.
- Using a PDA to access GIS maps and to access Health & Safety documents.
