As a Housing Application Development and Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting, developing and improving NEC Housing, the department’s core digital system for delivering housing services to residents.
You will provide frontline support to users, gather and document requirements, test and implement system changes, and help ensure that new processes and modules are introduced effectively.
