Guest Room CleaningClean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards. Make beds and change bed linens. Replace used towels and replenish fresh towels. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all room surfaces. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers, and wash basins. Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, tea/coffee supplies, bottled water, and stationery. Check room equipment such as lights, air conditioning, TV, telephone, and minibar, and report any defects. Public Area CleaningMaintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, staircases, elevators, and reception areas. Clean restaurants, banquet halls, meeting rooms, and public restrooms. Keep outdoor areas, entrances, and walkways neat and presentable. Linen & LaundryCollect and sort soiled linen. Distribute clean linen to guest rooms. Maintain linen inventory.
