Designed for vacation-style living, Terreno will feature over 680 luxury single-family homes and a full suite of private resort-style amenities—including a 15,000 sq. ft. Grand Clubhouse, a resort-style pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and an on-site restaurant and bar with a lively party pavilion.
