Job Description
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas (e.g., lobbies, hallways, restrooms).
- Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies (toiletries, linens, etc.).
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to supervisors for repair.
- Assist in laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and clothing.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure rooms are prepared for guests on time.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
