House Manager (Madrid)

House Manager for a family of 4 who have recently moved from the US, based in Dubai Hills. The role requires live‑out arrangement.

Responsibilities

• In charge of all matters related to the staff, including creating rota reports and monitoring duties (8 staff members).
• Oversee maintenance of the house and outdoor area.
• Run errands and provide personal assistant assistance to the family.
• Occasionally prepare light snacks for the children when the housekeeper is off (e.g., Chicken nuggets, baked potatoes, tacos).
• Work 10–12 hours per day; Sundays off.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel without a visa to Spain during the summer.
• Drivers only please.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: AED 18,000–22,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Pay: €4,700.00–5,800.00 per month.
