A Hourly Foreman Plant position is available inBroomfield, CO. The Hourly Foreman Plant’s main duty is to lead and supervise construction crews in water and wastewater projects. Ensures worker safety, quality workmanship, and adherence to project plans.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Coordinate and prioritize tasks within project timelines. Develop and maintain detailed work schedules. Assign daily responsibilities to crew members. Oversee and train construction workers and tradespeople. Ensure adequate staffing and resources for project completion. Implement and enforce strict safety protocols. Maintain adherence to quality standards throughout the project. Supervise the operation and maintenance of construction machinery and equipment.
