Responsibilities
- Nightly cleanliness of the kitchen, washing all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and smallwares associated with the operation of a commercial kitchen.
- Learn and operate the commercial dishwasher.
- Do some prep work as needed.
- Heavy lifting involved.
Qualifications
- Availability, and flexibility are definite assets, as the position will require work nights.
- The individual for this position must be a hard worker, with a high commitment to quality.
- Some food service experience would be an asset.
