Hotel Safety & Security Leader

Hilton in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Safety & Security Manager to oversee hotel safety operations, protect guests, staff and property, and implement security policies. You will lead the safety team, conduct risk assessments, coordinate with emergency services, and ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel standards.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required as part of maintaining continuous hotel safety and security coverage.
