Hotel Operations Lead - Guest Experience & Growth

Raines Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help oversee day-to-day hotel operations and lead staff across departments.

You will implement departmental strategies, ensure policy enforcement, and support front office, revenue, and guest services to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualified candidates will have hotel leadership experience, proficiency with PMS/POS systems, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Hospitality.
