Job Overview

Our role is to provide guests with clean rooms and freshly made beds, while creating a unique and memorable experience. We are Housekeeping & Laundry experts who maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Refill cleaning carts and supplies.
• Clean rooms and common areas.
• Handle other tasks to ensure guests have a remarkable experience.
• Maintain a safe work environment, follow company guidelines and procedures.
• Respect confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional appearance, attire, and communication.
• Move, lift, carry, push, or place objects weighing less than 50 pounds independently.
• Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors.
