Responsibilities

Welcome the guests at the restaurant. Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences. Set up host hostess stand. Answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards and make recommendations as to the set‑up of the room. Maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.

Qualifications

1‑2 years experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role. Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality. Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience managing a team of hostesses. Knowledge of MICROS preferred, OpenTable and others. Excellent communication skill and fluency in English and other languages.
