Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Hospitality Assistant to support the daily operations of our luxury private beachfront property in Umm Al Quwain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, guest service, and maintaining high property standards. You will work closely with the owner to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience and that the property is always maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and booking calendar.
• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Coordinate guest check‑in and check‑out.
• Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness meets company standards.
• Conduct daily property inspections.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance (MEP, landscaping, pool, and external contractors).
