Hybrid, Solihull – 3 days a week in office, 2 days at home; Madrid – 3 days a week in office and 2 days at home.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinary hospitals and clinics across Europe, ensuring they have the products, equipment and procurement support they need to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Act as the trusted link between hospitals and the Commercial Procurement team, building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to solve complex challenges and continuously improve procurement support services.
• Drive process improvements, develop training resources and enhance self‑service tools to shape the future of hospital support.
