Hospital Maintenance Staff

The Hospital Maintenance Staff shall attend to all works in relation tomaintenance, construction, repairs and general upkeep of the hospital and its facilities to ensure that all areas are operational and functioning properly.

• Performs mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry works of the hospital and its facilities
• Performs minor and major repair of all building and equipment (major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers)
• Attends to calls to make sure the problem is resolved at the soonest possible time
• Performs routine and extensive preventive maintenance
• Oversees and monitors work provided by third party contractors / outsourced
• Follows all health and safety regulations

• High School Graduate/Vocational Course
• With NCII Certification
• Previous experience in construction or MEP work
• Physically Fit
