Our client, a reputable and busy hospital dedicated to providing quality healthcare services, is seeking to hire a Human Resource Officer to join their team. This role is key in ensuring operational efficiency and effective HR service delivery across departments in the hospital. Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with hospital goals and compliance requirements.Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, leave, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
