MorePeople are working alongside a long-established retail nursery group, who are seeking an enthusiastic junior production operative to be the latest addition to their team. No experience needed - only a willingness to get stuck into a rewarding, hands-on role, and a genuine love of plants.
What your day-to-day could look like
Overseeing the growth and development of ornamental trees, from planting to pruning to preparing them for delivery
Helping with propagation and irrigation
Using specialist horticultural equipment - no experience needed; training is provided!
Supporting the rest of the team to ensure operations run smoothly
