Manage and maintain landscaping activities for all contracted villas and newly developed villas as per approved schedules.
Ensure proper upkeep of guest villas, staff villas, common areas, and roadside plantations.
Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain landscape quality standards.
Monitor and supervise landscape development works across all project sites.
Horticulture & Plant Health Management
Oversee the preparation and usage of organic fertilizers, pesticides, and insecticides.
Monitor plant health and implement preventive measures against pests and diseases.
Ensure best horticultural practices are followed across all landscape areas.
Equipment & Asset Management
Maintain records of all landscape equipment, machinery, and tools.
Ensure tractors, fighter machines, lawn mowers, and other landscaping equipment remain in proper working condition at all times.
