Key Responsibilities:
• Support patients in Testosterone and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Conduct patient intakes including vitals and health histories
• Communicate concerns to supervising Nurse Practitioner or Physician
• Educate patients on treatment protocols and injection techniques
• Document patient interactions in electronic medical record
