Overview
Prospero Teaching is recruiting QTS Tutors to support children and young people with SEND in Staffordshire who are currently out of mainstream education.
Responsibilities
- Create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupils’ education and boost attainment levels.
- Support and re‑engage pupils in their learning, provide structure to their daily routine, and continue their educational development to facilitate a return to school.
- Work part‑time (minimum 10 hours per week per student) during school hours, five days a week.
- Submit weekly reports to monitor each pupil’s progress.

- Location: Various locations across Staffordshire
- Position: QTS Tutor (Contract)
- Start date: September 2026
- Duration: Until the pupil reintegrates into a mainstream or special school
