Job Description

Job Title: Home Care Scheduler (Spanish Speaking)

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily and weekly caregiver schedules
  • Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and client needs
  • Communicate with caregivers regarding shift confirmations, changes, and updates
  • Liaise with clients and families to confirm schedules and address concerns
  • Handle last-minute call-offs and find suitable replacements promptly
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records in the system
  • Ensure authorized hours are scheduled appropriately and efficiently
  • Monitor overtime and manage staffing levels accordingly
  • Collaborate with HR and operations regarding staffing needs
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
