Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care and hygiene incl. showering, dressing, grooming & toileting Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if required Administer medication Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping, laundry and maintain a clean, safe living environment Assist with mobility Monitor and report any changes in health or wellbeing Ensure patients comfort and dignity are always maintained Requirements: Previous experience in elderly care, home care essential (especially with Alzheimer & Parkinsons patients) Relevant caregiving qualification Kind, patient and dependable Good communication skills (Afrikaans essential) Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality Police clearance certificate Min. 2 contactable references from Managers Own transport preferable To commence a.s.a.p.
