Job Description
Lead the Hoist/Shaft maintenance team at Evolution Mining's Red Lake operations. This supervisory role focuses on overseeing hoist, shaft, and stationary equipment operations efficiently and safely.
As a Hoist/Shaft and Stationary Plant Supervisor, you will manage maintenance for hoists and shafts while coordinating job schedules. Your expertise in underground operations will drive effective supervision and ensure safety compliance. This role operates on a 7 days on/off and 7 nights on/off roster with options for residential, FIFO, or DIDO arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hoist plant and shaft maintenance operations
• Develop and coordinate maintenance schedules effectively
• Monitor equipment performance and address KPIs
• Support preventive maintenance initiatives and report metrics
• Ensure safety compliance within maintenance crews
