We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable CPCS Hoist Operator to join a busy construction project in Norwich, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the site hoist in accordance with site procedures and safety regulations
- Transport personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently around the site
- Conduct daily pre-use checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant site documentation when required
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials and personnel
- Communicate effectively with site management, banksmen, and other trades
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment at all times
