About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Swaffham on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive HLTA who is passionate about supporting teaching and learning across the primary age range.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Lead small group interventions to support pupil progress
- Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher when required
- Assist with planning, preparing, and organising classroom resources
- Support pupils with varying learning needs to ensure they remain engaged
Pre-requisites:
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience working within a primary school setting
- Two education or school based references
