Our client is a global leading player in Medical Equipment & Patient Treatment Systems , with continuous effort in improving patient outcomes & advancing their medical technology. They are currently seeking for a Software Engineer to join their Service Team, in providing technical expertise & support to their Hospital clients. 

Responsibilities: 

Install, configure, and maintain software applications, updates, and patches on our medical devices, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Perform functional tests and troubleshoot any software-related issues, identifying and implementing appropriate resolutions in a timely manner.

Liaise with customers to provide technical support, address their inquiries, and deliver comprehensive training on the use and maintenance of our software applications.
