Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Histopathology Technician to join our laboratory team. The successful candidate will perform histological procedures in an accredited CAP/CLIA laboratory, assisting in various laboratory tasks and ensuring high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Conduct histological procedures in an accredited CAP/CLIA laboratory.
Assist in the gross room, including accessioning, cassette, and slide labeling.
Work efficiently with minimal supervision, adapting hours as needed.
Prepare tissue samples for routine microscopic analysis and complex testing.
Maintain and operate laboratory equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
Demonstrate knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance programs.
