Roles and Responsibilities
A)JOB PURPOSE
The key purpose of the position is to take the control of Legal dept for the concerned SBU and its Location and look after all legal cases , of the area under the control and safeguard Company’s legal interest and would provide the necessary legal support on designated areas. Reporting to State Legal Manager (SLH)
B)PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Exposure on Civil & Criminal Litigation
Attending court cases filed by Customers against the company.
Sending the notices and filing the police complaints in stressed loan accounts
Execution of S. & S9 Orders of Arbitration & Conciliation Act 6.
Filing of Execution Petitions of Matured award passed under arbitration and conciliation Act,6.
Execution of BW/ NBW issued in Act cases
Filing of S. Application under SARFAE...
