Due diligence of property in terms of paper work.
Lease execution Timely completion of LSW and prompt possession for Bank’s
interior works
Interior works execution of premises sourced + MB branches in allocated
territoryKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely branch handover
Timely Sourcing & Conversion of properties within the budgeted rent & area
Smooth project Handover without any issues with owner and municipal agencies
Coordination with property consultants, legal advocates, owners
Coordination with internal clients
Communication and record with finance department
Coordination with internal team
