Hiring: Field Service Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer to be the face of Equidor at hospitals, ENT/Neuro clinics, audiology centers, and rehab facilities across India.

What you'll do:

🔧 Demo, install, calibrate & commission our Vestibular & Balance lab devices

🛠️ Troubleshoot hardware and systems on site

🎯 Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on product training at customer sites, exhibitions & conferences

📋 Maintain ISO 13485-grade service records & coordinate with our engineering team

✈️ Travel to customer sites across India

What we're looking for:

✅ Qualification: Any graduate — B.E. in Biomedical, Electronics, or related fields preferred

✅ Proficiency in English & Hindi (regional languages a plus)

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ Willingness to travel frequently
